The company’s owner Lynne Kemmish was born in Hythe and has been working in the lettings industry for over 25 years. She puts her success down to her local knowledge, experience within the lettings industry, which took years to achieve, commitment and above all else recommendation.

Lynne’s daughter Gemma works in the office full time after completing her BA Honours Degree. Gemma has recently achieved a Technical Award in Residential Lettings, which has gained her membership of the National Association of Estate Agents and the subsequent letters after her name. Gemma strives to be ahead of all legislations so that all landlords are thoroughly informed and kept up to date.
